BLUEBERRY CRUMB PIE

This Blueberry Crumb Pie was born out of a faithful customer's request for another fruit variation of the Macadamia Pear Pie. Deciding to try blueberries instead of pears was easy, but I had to tinker with the crumb topping a few times to get it the perfect texture of crumbly and crunchy.

 

Switching the macadamias to walnuts proved a better match for the flavors of fresh baked blueberries and cream cheese. The satisfaction of coming up with a new pie flavor was incredibly fulfilling for me!

I love the different flavors and textures of this blueberry crumb pie as much as the macadamia pear pie and so do my customers!
